വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ അശ്രദ്ധ മൂലം തെറ്റായ ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ ഫീസ് അടച്ചാൽ, സർവകലാശാല അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ ക്രെഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത തുക റീഫണ്ട് ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നതല്ല. അതിനാൽ സർവകലാശാലയിലേക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കായി ഓൺലൈൻ വഴി പണം അടയ്ക്കുമ്പോൾ, ശരിയായ ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണ്ട് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം.

If students, due to negligence or mistake, remit fees to an incorrect Head of Account, the amount once credited to the University account shall not be refunded. Therefore, while making online payments for various purposes, students must ensure that the correct Head of Account is selected before proceeding.

പേയ്മെൻ്റ് നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ / Payment Instructions

• പേയ്മെന്റ് തടസ്സപ്പെട്ടാൽ പേയ്മെന്റ് ഹിസ്റ്ററി പരിശോധിക്കുക.
• Pending സ്റ്റാറ്റസ് 30 മിനിറ്റിനകം അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യും.
• തുക ഡെബിറ്റ് ചെയ്തതിന് ശേഷം ഇടപാട് പരാജയപ്പെട്ട സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ (ബാങ്ക് തലത്തിലുള്ള പിശക് ഉണ്ടായാൽ) തുക ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ബാങ്ക് വഴി തിരികെ നൽകാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. 2 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളിൽ തുക തിരികെ ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ, ദയവായി നിങ്ങളുടെ ബാങ്ക് ശാഖയെ സമീപിക്കുക.

• If payment is interrupted, check payment history.
• Pending status will update within 30 minutes.
• In cases of failed transactions after deduction, refunds may be processed by the respective bank (in case of bank-level failure). It is recommended to contact your respective branch if the amount was not refunded within 2 hours.
